Mr. Lexx US Visa Revoked, Turned Back At Airport

Dancehall artist Mr. Lexx is the latest artist to have his visa US revoked. Reports are that the deejay was at the airport to leave for a show in which he was scheduled to perform, but was later turned back and had his visa revoked. Mr. Lexx said that the recent revocation of his visa is a "big setback".

Early last year the visas of Beenie Man, Ricky Trooper, Aidonia, Mavado and Bounty Killer were revoked.

Mr. Lexx returned to Jamaica of last year, after spending more than a year in the US following a lengthy court battle which prevented him from leaving the country.

He is set to depart the island on May 11 for a show Toronto, Canada.
