Ciara hit the red carpet at the Costume's Institute: "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Gala at the Metropolitan  Museum Of Art in New York City tonight. The sexy singer wore a Prabla Gurung gown with jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira. The fashion and entertainment worlds collided at the star-studded event which was dedicated to the memory of the late designer Alexander McQueen.
