Beyonce To Receive Billboard Millennium Award

Billboard is set to pay tribute to Beyonce at this year's Billboard Music Awards. Beyonce will be receiving the prestigious 2011 Billboard Millennium Award at the ceremony to be held on May 22 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.


Bey has won a total of 16 Grammys throughout her illustrious 15 year career and has sold millions of records as a solo artist and with Destiny's Child. This will serve a boost to her dying career.

The award show will see performances from Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Black Eyed Peas, Cee-Lo Green, Taio Cruz, Pitbull and more. The ceremony will broadcast live on ABC at 8pm.
