RIHANNA SETTLES $1MILLION LAWSUIT WITH CELEBRITY PHOTOGRAPHER DAVID LaCHAPELLE

Months ago the report that famed photographer David LaChapelle was suing pop provocateur Rihanna for what he calls illegal usage of some of his creations for her video "S&M" had sent many into wondering how well the singer will handle this case. Well today it has been confirmed that she and LaChapelle have settled out of court for an 'undisclosed amount'.

Justin Bieber delivers and early Christmas Gift to his fans. The teen sensation has revealed the tracklisting for his first Christmas album Under The Mistletoe featuring a mix of traditional standards plus newly-penned holiday music and collaborations with the biggest names in pop music. 

He duets with Mariah Carey on a remake of the pop diva's classic "All I Want For Christmas Is You", marches alongside Busta Rhymes on "The Little Drummer Boy", joins his childhood idols Boyz II Men on "Fa La La" and sings with his mentor Usher on "The Christmas Song".

The lead single "Mistletoe" is produced by the Messengers, will launch worldwide on October 18, while the album arrives on November 1.

The superstars are among the latest additions to this year's lineup along with Queen Latifa and Gladys Knight reports the AP. The Pink Friday rapper is nominated for two awards at this Sunday's ceremony, while the Grenade singer has two nods.

Lady GaGa Rules Albums Chart With 1.1 Million In First Week

The official numbers are in, Lady GaGa's Born This Way reigns atop the albums chart with over a million copies sold in its first week, becoming the biggest debut since 2005.

The pop powerhouse's third albums enters at No.1 on the Billboards 200 with 1,108,000 units, according to Billboard. It also marks GaGa's first #1 album. Her debut The Fame debut at #2 and her follow up The Fame Monster reached #5.

Rihanna premiered the highly anticipated video for Man Down. The video was shot on the beautiful island of Jamaica and it sends a strong message. The powerful reggae-tinged video tells a compelling story of a sexually abused woman. In the opening sequence, a long-haired Rihanna is seen shooting a man, Pulse model Oraine Barrett, before flashing back to the prior morning to explain what triggered the deadly series of events.

Sean Kingston 'Sedated But Fully Conscious' Following Accident

Sean Kingston remains in critical, but stable condition following a jet ski accident that left him injured over the weekend. A rep for the singer says that he "is sedated but fully conscious" and is currently hooked up to a ventilator with a tube inserted in his throat.
